The Institute on Immigrant Integration Research & Policy (IIIRP) at the Rockefeller Institute of Government announces its call for applications for its Fellowship on Immigrant Integration.

Three graduate Fellows will be selected to participate in conducting research and policy analysis at IIIRP. The goal of the graduate Fellowship is to prepare the next generation of immigrant integration researchers, practitioners, and policy makers.
Fellows on Immigrant Integration will spend from the end of January 2027 to the beginning of May 2027 at IIIRP, working alongside researchers, practitioners, and policymakers advancing the 2027 Operational Plan.

The Fellowship provides an opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of:
The contextual factors that have the most and least influence on integration outcomes.
The impact of local, state, and federal policies on the integration of foreign-born New Yorkers.
Mechanisms and models of integrating immigrants in the economic, social, and civic fabric of communities.
Fellows work 20 hours a week virtually at IIIRP and engage in the following activities.
Compiling primary and secondary data on immigrant integration using a wide range of research tools to fill the knowledge gap on immigrant integration.
Producing policy briefs that analyze determinants of immigrant integration and their policy implications.
Applications must be received by October 30, 2026.
